The North Carolina Community College Student Health Plan provided by CIGNA HealthCare a subsidiary of Connecticut General Life Insurance Company, and responsible for the plan underwriting and plan administration services.

3. Pricing and the ability to support the benefit plan through multiple renewals
4. Innovative Customer Services Models with “real” time access to date
5. Commitment to local community development and minority initiatives
